You may return your order within 30 days. Once we receive the return, we will refund your purchase amount within 5 business days.

Step 2: Send Your Items
Return the products along with the completed return form to the address listed in our General Terms and Conditions and on the return form. Please include a tracking number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products classified as Hygienic Products (e.g., underwear, personal care items, health & wellness products, and medical equipment) can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
