Please allow us 1–2 business days to process, pack, and hand over your order to our shipping partner. Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Domestic orders are shipped via PostNL, BPost, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. International orders are shipped using various carriers depending on the fulfillment center from which your order is dispatched.

Please note: If your order contains multiple different products, they may arrive in separate packages, and some items may be delivered on different dates. If a product is out of stock in our North American fulfillment centers, we may ship it from our European or Asian warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
Certain situations beyond our control (natural disasters, unexpected weather, global pandemics, etc.) may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, delays with shipping carriers may occur on rare occasions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking becomes available once your order has been processed and shipped. Since our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world, some items may be delivered separately. Our sourcing team prioritizes high-quality yet affordable products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. If you made a mistake or changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your payment. Please send an email to info@valentique-shop.com.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS
If you entered your address incorrectly or it was auto-filled with wrong information, simply reply to your order confirmation email and send us the correct details. We kindly ask you to notify us immediately (within 12 hours of placing your order) via email.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
Although we pack every order with extra padding to minimize issues, about 1 in 1000 orders may arrive damaged due to improper handling by the postal service. We sincerely apologize if this happened to you.
