Refund Policy – Extended Version
At Valentique-Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. While the likelihood of needing to return your purchase is under 3%, we offer a hassle-free return process provided your item is unused (for hygiene reasons) and still in its original packaging.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valentique-shop.com, and we’ll provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
One of our customer service representatives will guide you through the process, inform you in advance of your eligible refund amount, and answer any questions you may have.
Inspection & Partial Refunds
Returned products that do not meet our inspection criteria may be eligible for a partial refund.
We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned items that are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Extended Protection Guarantee
If you purchased our Extended Protection Guarantee, you are entitled to a full refund even if the product has been used.
To activate this refund:

Fill the bottle with water

Show the electrolysis process taking place

This video is required to initiate the refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and offer a resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for the following items:

Shipping & handling fees
Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Restocking Fee
Returns of opened items during the return process will be subject to a 15% restocking and recalibration fee. A customer service team member will inform you of this via email.
